Mon 6/6 - Legs

Routine A
a.m. weights
Squat: 2 warms, 85/5, 105/5, 115/4, ds 85/15
Leg ext: 1 warm, 70/10, 80/10, 85/10
Leg curl: 2 warms, 80/6, 90/6
Step ups: 2 warms, 1 set 20/20 lb dbs, 2 sets 15/25 lb dbs
Reverse lunge: 1 warm, 2 sets 10 / 20 lb dbs

p.m. cardio
30 mins cardio / bike

Workout was good and glad to be back on a schedule after two days in a car with no working out and not so good eating habits.

Although, it was very nice to spend some time with the hubby, no work stress and dad was totally surprised so all in all a great trip. Now it's time to get back on the wagon before I have to check in next Saturday!
