Incl fly: 15/12 x 2, 20/12
Triceps dips: 2 warms, 3 sets to failure
DB kickbacks: 12/12 x 2
Rope press: 1 warm, 29/12, 32/12, 34/12
p.m. cardio
30 mins eliptical
Tomorrow is a day off from weights (2 on 1 off) Taking spin class in the a.m. and have a school party with the grandbabe in the p.m. I love being a grandma :)
