Sat 6/25 - Mon 6/27

My schedule's been a little off kilter - no excuses, just life getting in the way.

Sat 6/25
45 min spin class then total upper body workout
Headed to the NPC show and wanted to be pumped up a bit (silly I know).
Ate out a Maggiano's - bowl full of pasta - woot! And bread - woot!
Glad I weighed in BEFORE going out to eat.

Sun 6/26
Day off
Ran 2.5 miles, biked 5 miles, yard work (does that count?)
Felt kinda lazy after being out and eating out the night before.
Tight w/the macros today for sure.


Mon 6/27 - back in the game
45 mins spin class
Back & Bi's - Routine A
Bent over row: 2 warms, 75/6, 85/6, 90/6, ds 80/10
Upright row: 2 warms, 55/10, 60/9
DB pullover: 1 warm, 30/12 x 2
Hammer curl: 2 warms, 15/10, 20/10
Preacher curl: 30/10, 40/10
Cable curl: 1 warm, 22.5/12, 25/12, 27.5/12

Rest of this week will be super tight w/the macros and no cheat until Monday. 4th of July picnic on Monday so I want to save my "free meal". All about the choices :)
