Yesterday was a day off - took spin class.
Long day today - work call at 5 am, went long, no gym this morning. Hit the weights at 7 PM then 25 mins cardio after. Just got done eating & cleaning up. Then off to bed.
Very much looking forward to 3 days off - woot!
Routine A
Lat pull underhand: 2 warms, 70/6, 80/6, 90/6, ds 80/15
TBar Row: 2 warms, 20/10, 25/10, 30/10
Rope pull down: 1 warm, 65/12, 70/12
DB press: 2 warms, 25/6, 30/6, 35/6, ds 25/10
Front raise: 1 warm, 12/10, 15/10 x 2
Seated side laterals: 1 warms, 12/12 x 2, 15/12
Cardio: 25 mins arc trainer
Was supposed to do abs but it was late and I needed food and sleep. Workout was a bit unfocused. Tomorrow is a new day :)
