Flat bar: 1 warm, 50/10, 60/10, 70/8
Inc DB press: 2 warms, 25/8, 30/8, 35/7
Push ups: 3 x to fail
Rope cable curl: 1 warm, 25/10, 27.5/10, 30/10
Barbell curl: 2 warms, 40/6 x 3
