Tues 2/22 - Chest & Bi's

Mon 2/21 - Cardio only day - spin class a.m. and pilates p.m.

Tues 2/22 - a.m. weights
Inc db press: 2 warms, 25/8, 30/8, 35/7
Flat bar: 1 warm, 65/10, 70/10, 75/8
Push ups: 3 x to fail (on bosu ball)
BB curl: 2 warms, 40/6 x 3
Rope cable curl: 1 warm, 25/10, 27.5/10, 30/10

p.m. cardio - 45 mins arc trainer

abs - 3 x 20
Leg raise/hip up on bench
Decline bench
Ab crunch machine
2 x 15 - side plank w/ hip drops

Feel like my last couple of work outs have been much better and I have much more energy. Yesterday with low carbs was a tough one though. Hit 109 total which included my spinach, broccoli and green beans. (so I was about 7g's over what I should have been) I was really tired after pilates class last night and had trouble staying focused. I had some work to get done when I got home and just couldn't seem to think. Ended up going to bed and getting up at 4:30 to finish up my work. 85 is tough b/c I don't eat meat and my meat "products" are made with egg whites and beans so they do have carbs. I'll need to plan better for Friday (next low carb day). Overall, feeling pretty good, working on my posing and just keeping focused.
