Sat 2/12 - Chest & Bi's

Felt a little better today than I have the last couple of days; muscles still feel kinda shakey and workout was certainly better than the last two days.

Flat DB press: 2 warms, 30/8, 30/8, 35/8
Inc Fly: 15/12, 15/12, 20/12
Slight Inc DB press: 1 warm, 25/10, 30/10, 35/8
Preacher curl: 2 warms, 40/6, 40/6, 45/5
Hammer DB curl: 1 warms, 15/10, 15/10, 20/9

40 mins cardio - spin bike

Cooked and packed all my meals for the week. All set to go :)
