DB Row: 1 warm, 25/10, 25/10, 30/10
DB pullover: 25/12, 30/12, 30/12
Deads: 2 warms, 75/8, 95/8, 115/8 (felt like I lost my form on the last 2)
Leg curls: 2 warms, 80/10, 85/10, 90/9
Nothing terribly exciting, just a good solid workout. Energy levels are getting back to normal and seems like the thyroid is back on track so that's good stuff :)
