Sun 2/27 - Chest & Bis

Haven't posted for a few days so catching up --
Fri 2/26: Cardio only - 40 mins cardio (treadmill & eliptical) & abs (low carb day - ugh)

Sat 2/27: 20 mins bike, trained legs with Mr. Franco (quads are feeling good and worked today)
Prep'd meals for the week - I love the feeling of having this all in place by Sunday night. Makes life so much easier during the week.

Sun 2/28: crazy day! Work call at 5 am - major server issues, off to teach a class at 8:00 am, home to deal with work, back to the gym for weights, home to deal with work, back to the gym for cardio and abs. Despite the insanity, had a good workout - I think b/c I was to wired.
Inc DB press: 2 warms, 25/8, 30/8, 35/8
Flat bar: 1 warm, 60/10, 65/10, 70/8
Push ups: 3 x to fail
Rope cable curl: 1 warm, 25/10, 27.5/10, 30/10
BB curl: 2 warms, 40/6 x 3

Cardio: 45 mins (25 mins stairmaster + 20 mins eliptical)

Abs: 3 x 15
Basic crunch
Butterfly cruch
Rope abs
Weighted crunch on swiss ball
