Weds 11/16
Off from weights.
35 mins cardio - eliptical
1 hr pilates reformer class
Been a hectic work week. A little behind in my posts and didn't get to the gym until Tues night to lift & do cardio (not my favorite way to work out) But.. gettin' it done :) That's what counts!
