Sun 5/15 - Legs

Been training and eating pretty well all week but 100% back on track today with my first leg day post :) And the journey to 2012 begins.... YEA!!

Routine C
Leg ext: 1 warm, 70/10, 75/10, 80/10
Leg press: 2 warms, 180/8, 230/6, 250/6, drop 180/12
Stiff leg deads: 2 warms, 85/10, 95/10, 95/8
Sumo DB: 1 warm, 45/12, 50/12, 55/12
Barbell Lunge: 3 sets of 10 / 4-3-2-1 (bar / 65 x 2)

20 mins cardio
