40 mins cardio then back and shoulder workout with Joe (shoulders were burning!)
Practiced posing for a bit as well.
Cooked and packed all my meals for the week, so I'm all set!
Sun 3/13
No weights.
40 mins cardio, took a pilates class then did some add'l ab work.
Off to house clean :)
Have a good one and hope you're feeling better.
Great effort springs naturally from great attitude.
