Slight Inc DB press: 1 warm, 25/10, 30/10, 35/9
Inc Fly: 15/12, 15/12, 20/12
DB Kickback: 12/12, 15/12
Rope press down: 1 warm, 30/12, 32.5/12, 35/10
Triceps Dips: 2 warms, 2 sets to fail

p.m. cardio
20 mins crossramp + 25 mins stairmaster

abs: 3 x 15
side plank w/hip drops
squirms
crossover crunch
russian twist

Solid workout although did not feel very focused this morning. Work call at 4:30 a.m. and had some issues out of my control. Didn't get resolved until 6 so I got to the gym much later than normal and needed to be in the office by 9:00 for another meeting. And of course being St. Patrick's day there was irish potatoes, irish soda bread, and a bunch of other stuff. I'm a stress eater so needless to say it was more than tempting - didn't touch a thing. I kept thinking how annoyed I would be with myself later for one impulsive moment. And I read your email hanging on my wall - ha!

Super happy tomorrow is a new day and even more so that it's Friday - yea!!!
