Tues 12/7 - Legs

AM Cardio - 30 mins bike

PM - 10 min warmup eliptical, then legs
Front Squat: 2 warms, 65/8, 70/8, 75/8
Sumo DB Squat: 2 warms, 65/10, 75/10, 80/8
DB Step Up: 3 x 12 w/25 lb db's
Leg Ext: 1 warm, 90/10, 100/10
Calf singles: 5 sets
