Tues 3/27 - Chest & Tris

Routine A - a.m. weights
Incl DB press: 2 warms, 30/8, 35/8 x 2
Flat bar press: 1 warm, 70/10, 80/9
Pushups: 3 x to failure
Triceps pressdown: 2 warms, 110/10, 120/10
One hand pressdown: 50/12, 55/12
Lying DB ext: 1 warm, 12.5/12, 15/8 (ugh!), 12.5/10
Cardio: p.m.
Spin class --> endurance ride
Was disappointed it was not intervals - poo!
Abs:
Swiss ball work
Those lying DB extensions still kick my butt! Right about now, I'm with Lou!! (only make mine a cupcake).
I have nothing to say I just want to eat my cake!
