Leg press: 2 warms, 180/10, 220/10, 250/10
Squat: 1 warm, 105/8, 115/7, 115/6
DB lunge: 3 x 10, 20 lb/1, 25 lb/2 sets
Leg ext: 80/10, 85/10, 90/10
Front squat: 65/15 x 2
p.m. cardio
35 mins recumbent bike
Quads are sore this morning! Spin class should be fun (ouch)
Happy with the leg press not so much with the squats.
