Military press: 2 warms, 30/3, 35/3, 40/5 (woo hoo - had a spotter!)
Side laterals: 1 warm, 15/8, 17.5/8, 20/8
Floor raises: 1 warm, 7.5/12 x 2 (burning!)
Cable curl (rope): 1 warm, 95/10, 100/10
Inc db curl: 1 warm, 15/6, 17.5/6, 17.5/5
1 arm preacher: 15/12, 17.5/11


Cardio - p.m.
Intervals -- sprints on the treadmill.
