Incl db press: 1 warm, 25/10, 30/10 x 2
Flat db fly: 1 warm, 20/12 x 2
Tri dips: 4 x to failure
Lying bar ext: 30/10, 40/10
Rope pressdown: 1 warm, 50/12, 60/12

Cardio:
35 mins recumbent bike

Kinda tired today. In a little late from dinner and then had an emergency call from my daughter last night - all is well but when the phone rings at 11 pm...... couldn't go back to sleep.
