Sat 8/27 & Sun 8/28

Sat: Cardio only day
Ran 3 miles & 20 mins of an old boot camp video
OCB Battle for the Belt - great show and had a lot of fun!
Went out for pizza and ice cream - have not had a cheat meal in weeks. woot!


Sun: was supposed to be leg day but the gym was closed so...
Cardio day, adjusted macros for cardio day
30 mins recumbent bike
